QuotePro provides simplified opportunity, quoting and ordering processing. Items are easily added with the required information and attributes. Products are organized by product line and are easily added to the quote. In addition, product attributes can be selected based on how the product is configured. Data validation and hierarchical pick lists ensure accurate quoting and ordering.
Additional product attributes can be setup based on product lines so they appear during the quoting process. When an item is selected, the appropriate attributes are displayed along with the item during data entry.
Products can be searched and added to a opportunity/quote/order by name or part number. As you type the name or code of the item, the correct items will appear in the list.
