Funds can be funded by one or many funding sources, and the monies for each can be traced back to the projects. Funds can be broken down into sub funds. Users can drill from the fund to the sub-fund to the project details in just 3 clicks.
Fund/Grant Transaction management – Move project funding from slow and fast spending Grants with ease and leave the proper audit trail.
Account Software Interface - This system interfaces with the General Ledger, Account Payable, Purchasing and RFP systems in your finance system. One can drill from a project to a payable to the GL transactions in three clicks.
Project Management – Keep track of one or thousands of projects. From feasibility to RFP to Work in Process to completion, the status one or many projects is just a mouse click away. Interfaces to Microsoft Project are available. Projects can be broken out by %complete, status, funding source, project type and hundreds of other attributes.
Projects can have be managed at a high level(%complete) or have inspectors, project managers and others reporting on daily status. A project can be broken down into an unlimited number of subtasks.
Projects can be tied to assets (real estate, transportation equipment, constituency, etc… ) or be contracts for pure services for your organization or stakeholders and constituents.
Projects can be funded from one or many funds and sub funds.
Change Order Management. Track chances to projects from both a time and fiscal perspective. The system traps changes and can create snapshots of the existing project and any point in time.
Project/Grant Management. Issues with fast spending grants and slow moving projects or the opposite are easily adjusted in this system. As funds are allocated or de-allocated from and to projects, complete audit trails are maintained for easy reporting.
Contractor and Subcontractor management. From the issuing of eRequisitions to RFI/RFP proposal and bid management, the complete cycle of competitive bidding is available to use and integrate into your existing requisition management systems.
Workflow automation and management - This is standard CRM functionality that enables you to setup workflows and automate processes in the system.
Powerful querying capabilities across modules - This is standard CRM functionality that enables you to access your data based on simple to complex data queries.
Flexible and extensive reporting capabilities – The solution provides multiple reporting options including standard “out of the box” reports, the ability for and end-user to create simple reports in CRM, the ability to export data into Microsoft Excel creating either static or dynamic worksheet reports; and the ability to use SQL Reporting Services to create customized reports.
